At River City, we have a small but dedicated staff. That’s one of the reasons our homes are so affordable. Plus, with a smaller group, everyone is familiar with your project, so things tend to run a little smoother. When you need an answer, you’ll get it—fast! In addition to being new home builders, our owner is a licensed Realtor® with Realty Richmond. That means not only can we help you select and purchase a new River City Builders home, but we can also help you list and sell your existing home.

We’re just 15 minutes from Richmond

River City Builders is located about 5 miles North of Richmond, Virginia, in beautiful Hanover County. Our offices are in the Realty Richmond building at Atlee Station Road and Chamberlayne Ave (301) across from WaWa.

Directions

Although our receptionist is always in, we’re usually on a job site building new homes—or showing them off. If you’d like to meet with us to discuss your new home needs, please call ahead so we can ensure we’re in the office when you arrive.
